From credit unions — for credit unions.

In the early 2000’s Amy Herbig was running a lean marketing department for a $330 million asset Seattle credit union. It was during this time she found herself collaborating with and mentoring other credit union marketers navigating the competitive financial services industry with limited resources. She realized her experience and expertise could help other credit union marketers create and sustain successful brands and marketing efforts and thus, in 2005, The BA Group was born.

For over 16 years, BA encompassed a team of financial and credit union-specific professionals spanning the areas of marketing, branding & creative, project management, strategic planning, digital & traditional media, social media, and analytics. From those years of relationships with over 100 credit unions, credit union industy organizations and professionals, today's BA encompasses the strategic planning, mentoring and direction of the founder and CEO, Amy Herbig, along with The Group of professionals in their fields of expertise focused on helping credit unions and the industry succeed.

What BA Brings To The Table

What it really comes down to is simple: We live by the credit union credo of “people helping people,” only at BA, credit unions are our people. We work with CUSOs and various credit union vendors everyday, all day. We know credit unions, we know marketing, and we know credit union marketing.
