After spending what seemed like forever in marketing departments of various financial institutions, including three years with Group Health Credit Union (now Salal Credit Union), Amy decided to create The BA Group in 2005 (formerly known as Blonde Ambition - Amy’s a former blonde).

During her time with GHCU, Amy was consistently asked to present at seminars, webinars and conventions to consult credit unions around the country on everything from branding and media buying, to focus groups and target marketing strategies. It was Amy’s mixture of outside experience, formal education and knack for the field that made her a valuable resource for any credit union seeking marketing advice.

In a little more than a year, Terrill, Amy's husband joined the team and brought his own unique marketing experiences and philosophies. Terrill's marketing resume includes work in the financial world (banks...yuck!), as well as the military (Psychological Operations...coooool!). Not soon after The BA Group added a Senior Marketing Specialist, Marketing Assistant and of course Buddy, the office dog.

Today our team brings together more than 35 combined years of experience in credit union marketing, media and design. Our ability to coordinate the inner workings of credit union marketing initiatives has become the trademark of our company. 

Clients often refer to us as their “missing link” as we really become an extension of their department.
